Garmoth’s Heart (Fiery Weapons) Guide

Garmoth’s Heart is a very rare drop in BDO that can be transformed into an Inverted Heart of Garmoth. The Inverted Heart can then be fused onto certain offhand and awakening weapons for extra effects, turning the weapon into a “Fiery” weapon.

You can also obtain weaker versions of Inverted Heart of Garmoth:

• Heart of Kutum
  • can be fused to offhand weapons, drops from Thundercloud Kutum, adds “Earthshaking” effects
• Heart of Karanda
  • can be fused to awakening weapons, drops from Stormbringer Karanda, adds “Storm Devoured” effects

How to obtain Garmoth’s Heart

There are 3 different items that are related to the Garmoth’s Heart.

Both Garmoth’s Heart and the Inverted Heart of Garmoth can be bought on the central market. However, since the drop rate is so low, there can be a lot of preorders. I recommend putting a preorder on Garmoth’s Heart as early as possible, and attending as many Garmoth boss spawns as possible.

• Every day at 13:00 UTC
• Monday – Friday at 22:15 UTC
• Sunday at 18:00 UTC and 22:15 UTC

• Every day at 12:00 PST/PDT
• Monday – Friday at 21:15 PST/PDT
• Sunday at 18:00 UTC and 21:15 PST/PDT

Although Garmoth spawns multiple times each week, you can only obtain rewards from Garmoth up to 3 times per week.

• This resets every Thursday at 00:00 UTC.

When entering Garmoth’s Nest, a regional quest will pop up automatically and is completed upon defeating Garmoth.

The first region quest is called “[Weekly] Gotta Frame It, Garmoth I” and is completed by looting the scroll from Garmoth after she has died.

The region quest rewards a Garmoth Reward Bundle. Opening this bundle has a chance to obtain Garmoth’s Heart or Garmoth’s Bloodstone , as well as other rewards.

After completing the first quest, you will automatically receive the 2nd region quest “[Weekly] Gotta Frame It, Garmoth II” , and then the final weekly region quest “[Weekly] Gotta Frame It, Garmoth III” after that, allowing you to obtain x3 Garmoth Reward Bundles per week.
